At AFC Langney we have implemented a 5 year club development plan as we strive towards retaining our England Football Accreditation.

We aim to make more opportunities for more people to play more football.

We want to show our community that our club is the right place, and the right environment, to play and enjoy football.

Our vision - To provide a quality, safe environment for young players to develop both on and off the football pitch

To help young people realise their full potential and develop their personal skills

To introduce young people to football, regardless of age, ability, sex, religion, or ethnic background

To reinvest all money raised through signing on fees, sponsorships, and fund-raising events, directly back into the players, to make their formative years in football as memorable as possible

To achieve our vision, our football development plans will be grounded in five focus areas

1. How we run our Club to deliver a great and inclusive playing experience for all

2. How we grow and retain our player base

3. How we develop our young players

4. How we develop our Managers and Coaches

5. How we create a vibrant and sustainable club
